I know it's late but Happy New Year. We have been working over the New Year preparing all of the new projects and tying up loose ends from last year so we can give you an even better service and thought it was time to let you know about what we have been doing. We think that you will enjoy a lot of it.
Our New Valencia Property Podcast
For the longest time now people have been asking us about more content and the truth is that this is really difficult. Our long form blog posts come out most weeks on Mondays, and they go into immense detail about each aspect of buying a property in Valencia. When we are not writing content we are out with clients, signing for properties, getting listings and more. However, some people have been listening to those
articles using AI and a robotised lobotomised voice. It’s not the best way to consume the content and some of the pronunciations are let’s say, iffy!
We decided therefore to jump on that overflowing bandwagon of the Podcast genre. We don’t expect this podcast to go viral, to have huge download numbers or to be sponsored by Hello Fresh, Squarespace, a random VPN service or any of the other podcast staples. Nevertheless, it will act as another way to inform and educate our audience as to the processes, norms and pitfalls of buying Valencia Property and by extension property

Welcome to 2022 and Valencia Property. Normal service was resumed last week with long form blog posts and more but Spain remained on holiday with Epiphany on the 6th January and nothing got back to normal this year until the 10th when the kids went back to school and the majority of people got back to work.
The first post of the year though is just to give out a bit of news, comment on the latest Covid situation and let you know about how this affects us going forward over the next few weeks.
We update our homepage regularly and now we have integrated a few tweaks into it so price drops are more featured, offers are shown more visibly and more. Let's hope this helps you in your property search.
We have clients from all over the World wanting to pay us in all different currencies. Previously we have accepted payments in dollar, pounds, euros and Kroner among others. Now however we are accepting payments in Crypto and we are also giving a discount to people wanting to pay in crypto as we love saving both you and ourselves bank charges.
If you pay us in Bitcoin, Solana or Matic we will give you a 10% discount on our commissions if paid up to a month before completion. In the 30 days prior to completion we will give you a 5% discount. Unfortunately we cannot do this with Ethereum at the moment because the Gas Fees are currently too high. We will accept payment in Eth but without the discount.

We have set this up because some of the best deals go so quickly we want people outside of the country and not on the ground to get their chance to get these properties before they go.
