We have had another busy week in Valencia despite the ridiculously bad weather for the whole of March (Yes you read that right, the whole of March!) Fallas fiestas came and went and now we are heading towards Easter when we expect better weather to be heading our way, more normal weather with sun and warmth.

Buying Property To Rent Out Around Valencia

The refrain we are constantly repeating on every call we receive asking us whether we have anything to rent is as follows:

“I’m sorry, we haven’t got anything”

Every day we receive calls, Whatsapps and mail asking us whether there are any flats for rental and we haven’t got anything. Now and again we get an apartment for rental and we are renting it out in days without a problem. As a potential Valencia Property buyer looking to acquire a property for rental this is good news of course as you have a large pool of potential tenants looking to move into your apartments.

Valencia Property of the Week

There's a famous joke about golf that it's a good walk ruined. Trying to hit a small projectile into a small hole a great distance away with a strange shaped stick while wearing oddly pastel coloured sponsored pyjamas is not a great look for a "sport". When the main participants in the sport, at least in the USA are, memorably described by Marina Hyde in the Guardian as "Evangelical Shitehawks" with the physical attributes of the average pub darts player in the UK there is even less to recommend it. However, it can't be denied that property overlooking a golf course has two great advantages, views of greenery and great demand for those properties from people who like the sport for what it used to be when municipal courses ruled the roost. If the property in question is to be found on a gated estate with easy access to a great city nearby and you can even get to ruin your own walk as the course is not totally private then that's something I suppose.
