Have you got that Friday feeling? I thought it had disappeared because of two years of Covid and the shocking weather throughout March, but this weekend it looks like the warm weather is back in Valencia, Covid numbers are dropping precipitously in Valencia and from the 19th of April we will be losing the indoor mask mandate in most places. So it looks like we might be able to get out into the countryside and enjoy the verdant nature of the area after over a month of rain.

Welcome to the latest episode of the Valencia Property podcast, an important one for anyone thinking of getting a Spanish Property Mortgage.
