It has been another massive week here in Valencia with no time to even think between client visits, signings at notaries, making of the podcast and the general hullaballoo of life. I have spent four out of five mornings in the notary office completing on purchases for clients and organising people to be there at the right time with the right paperwork. It's really full on at the moment but even so we managed to get this

Welcome to the sixth podcast in our series about buying property in Valencia. In this one we looked at the story of our company, why we do what we do and how we do it (because we do things in a different way).

In the latest article on the site we looked at what you have to take into consideration when looking at property listings online.
If there’s one thing we have always had clear at Valencia Property it’s that we will not use photoshop to make photos look better. We will not show you a CGI render, we won’t add in details that aren’t there or put in an artist’s impression and we will not put a plan of the property up which then turns out to be what it could look like once you do a modernisation costing fifty thousand Euros. And this is especially important when you are looking at property remotely
which is where most people start their property search these days.

Hunky Attainable Villa in Betera

Handsome looking house - can a house be handsome? I mean its not George Clooney, let's not get carried away here, but maybe the cute guy you see on the metro every morning level of handsome.
And just like that poor unfortunate on the metro who is starting to get distinctly freaked out by you staring at him, this house is attainable. Its just 2 km outside Betera town, and handy for the motorway and metro to the city, the airport and the beach.
