What's Happening in the Valencia Property Market

The seventh episode of the Valencia Property Podcast talks about what is happening in the Valencia Property market currently. It includes a description of the tax changes that are important to know before buyng your Valencia Property as things changed at the start of the year. Also we have listener questions, news from Valencia and our recommendations.

Those of you who listen to the podcast will have heard about the timelines you need for buying Valencia Property back in episode one (You can get it here and while there listen to our other episodes and subscribe). However, we know that there are some people who prefer reading to listening and therefore today we are going into a deep dive about the timelines you should be thinking about when looking to buy property in Valencia. Now this is an overview and for some people the timeline will change but as a general rule of thumb these are the stages and actions you should be thinking about.

Recently Reduced Mad Townhouse

This amazing one-off house is right in the town of Siete Aguas, 40 minutes from Valencia city, and with a direct train connection.

It's a really special house, and not special in the way that England fans who boo their own players taking a knee are special, but special as in clever, bright and good fun - the opposite of those fans in fact.

I would feel bad just describing this house in simple terms like bed and bathrooms ( 5 and 5), or plain square meterage (457!). Instead I will say that this townhouse has a swimming pool and garden terrace in the back yard, and every room is decorated in a way that is both traditional and completely inventive and makes me smile and gives me hope for the future of humanity. This property was a family home until recently, imagine how it would be for kids to grow up here. And of course there's obvious potential as tourist accommodation. All the marketing work has been done already by the creator of this house!

So in a world going crazy, where fans boo their own team, losing an election means you have won and vaccines are bad for you, imagine waking up in this house every morning. If that idea makes you smile, then we can help you.
