During the episode, we warn listeners about Spanish property scams, such as the Airbnb rental scam. We emphasize the importance of being cautious and doing thorough research before renting or buying a property in Spain.
We discuss the possibility of viewing a property before making an offer, even if the client is not currently located in Spain. We explain that we
can make this happen through video and Facetime calls, but only for clients who already know the area or city and can make an educated choice based on that knowledge.
