Happy New Year

We hope you had a good break over the Xmas and New Year period. Spain continues to be in fiesta mode as tomorrow is the big Kings Day parade and Saturday is yet another holiday (Think kids playing with presents and parents finally packing up the Xmas decorations though we will continue to see uncollected Kings and Santas climbing onto terraces for a few months yet, if you know then you know). With that in mind we really start back full time next week when we are already almost fully booked. 

However, over the New year period we haven't been idle, we have been publishing our information as usual despite the Valencia Property website going down yesterday for a few hours, and yes, that was vey stressful. 

We started the year by introducing you to 2024 in this post and in it we put all of the ways in which you can follow us, contact us or ask us questions to make sure to bookmark the article, follow us on socials and contact us with your questions.

We then followed that up with our latest podcast which is a corker. In it we have a discussion continuing on from last month about what could possibly go wrong when buying your Valencia Property, we talk about what may happen this year regarding the market and we start the second of our Valencia Stories, all about the financial crisis in 2008 and how it continues to affect the market even today. In this first part we talk about the boom of the early 2000s and the crash itself. 

Finally we brought out a new article on our Stepping Stone Rentals site talking about the Kings Day parade and which rentals you could conceivably enjoy it from. Take a look.
