This post was prompted last week when in our internal Whatsapp group Jess asked, "Where's the article about the investment property service?". We have been working in so many ways with clients over the last few years and have written previously about all of the services that we offer but we think that a lot of things are getting lost as there is just so much information on our blog and main page
that we thought it was time to bring it all together in one post. After all, if we can't find it then what chance do you have. A quarter of a century of experience in the Valencia Property market is difficult to distil down into a single blog post and service offers but we have tried here to make the best use of our time and also to give the best service possible to our clients.

Amazing value and a great house with a history from Valencia Property however there is a big if... if we can convince the owner he has to sell.
Now the truth is the owner needs to sell. If not the bank will repossess the property but he doesn't appreciate the pain that this will cause him not to mention the financial loss. The person living here is a family member of the owner
and really nice. We want to be able to help her.
The house is on a double plot on the always popular Torres de Portacoeli estate which belongs to Serra but can be found near to Betera and La Pobla de Vallbona. With it's social club, sports facilities security and cafes Portacoeli is probably the best estate around.
The main house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, huge living room and dining
area. There is a second building with an outside kitchen, storeroom, bathroom, machine room, office room and car port.
The enormous double plot has a 12x8 swimming pool with filter, plenty of fruit tress and lots of nooks and crannies where you can find shade, peace and quiet and quality of life.
Just 200m from the sports centre, shops and facilities and ready to move in with just a few reotuches the only
question here is can we get a deal with the owner. I reckon any decent offers will turn his head as they may get him out of a financial hole. Some people say that all new build properties look the same and on visiting this you might be inclined to agree from outside as there is a row of similar houses. The owner knows this as he built them, he is the developer of the road. However, what we know is that when someone builds something for themselves then they add in a few special features and in this case we have a lot of them.
So the basics are a luxury 350m2 house on a 524m2 plot. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, two of the bedrooms have an en-suite, large open plan living-dining-kitchen area, and an underbuild superbly
presented with the extras. Off road parking, garden, pool, views, newly built and ready to move in but with a but... see below.

Do it for the Holy Souls Penthouse

The old town is one of the nicest parts of the city. Lots of small restaurants and bars, steeped in history, but it can be hard to find good quality properties there, and there’s always a little sacrifice that has to be made.
This penthouse apartment is over 131m2, enough room for a large living room, separate dining room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 of those ensuite, 3 bathrooms in
total. Oh yeah, there’s also a roof terrace. In fact if you were considering a bit of mid-term rental, this ticks a lot of boxes, won’t have too many empty months.
What there isn’t though is a lift. This is the third floor, quite doable for most people, in fact some would say no bad thing to incorporate a little bit of exercise into your daily routine. Some people might say those people can mind their own bloody business, but they’re probably right.
And if you don’t enjoy the steps, I’ll tell you what I was told when we were young and had to do something we didn’t like – ‘Offer it up for the holy souls’.
So buy this apartment, and every time you walk up the stairs you’ll have that feel-good feeling of releasing another soul from Purgatory. And can you really put a price on that?
