Fires, Fallas, Airbnb and Market Conditions
It's been a month since our last newsletter and much has happened since then. Having just got back from a week away in the UK I worked on the latest podcast and wrote the latest blog post largely in the air with our "friends" at Ryanair trying to sell me food, perfumes, scrathcards and duty free. So forgive any distractions.
We are now into
March and as you may know that's a difficult month in Valencia as we start getting into Fallas with the daily Mascletá in the town hall square attracting thousands and the accompanying road closures. We will be closed between the 15th and the 19th of March due to Fallas just like every year but we are working hard on the ground until then and after to find the best properties for our clients looking to buy property here in Valencia. Read all about our philosophy and how we work for you here.
This newsletter is letting you know where we are in terms of the market, you can find that out in our latest blog post about the increasing difficulty of finding property for sale in Valencia, we also talk about the rise of Airbnb from around 2014 onwards and where that has left the market in the latest episode of
our podcast the third part of our Valencia Story about the financial crisis and its aftermath. Also in the podcast we talk about the fire in Campanar last week and we have a Q+A with David, Paul and Gavin about working in and around Valencia and within Valencia Property.
As usual you can go to our homepage for the latest Valencia Property
offers and contact us to let us know what it is that you are looking for so we can help you find it. Just click on the images below to be taken to the post, the podcast, the homepage and finally the properties.
