The September Rush Is HereSeptember traditionally means the time for a reset after the summer recess. New listings, a lot of new clients on the ground seeing those properties and in our case another blog and we started the third series of the Valencia Property Podcast. The listings are below and you can click through to see some great value Valencia Properties but to start we have a new blog post out today all about quality control. Why are those properties listed and a few examples of properties that aren't. You'll see why.
On Friday we released the first in our third series of the Valencia Property Podcast. 20 minutes of solid information about everything to do with property matter here in Valencia. In our first monthly podcast we talk about mortgages, what to expect, what things cost and what you
need to do to prepare yourself for your Valencia Property trip. Click on the image to listen.
And now onto the properties. There's a large selection below of recently uploaded homes but obviously keep up to date and see more at our homepage.
Curating the Money Shots. Naquera 350k
To quote 10CC "Art for art's sake, money for God's sake". And you'll probably want the money to buy this place.
Art is a weird thing isn't it? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that. Do you love Van Gogh's Sunflowers or the pisstake that was Damien Hirst and his "physical impossibility of death in the mind of someone living" aka a shark preserved in formalin)?

Central Valencia Duplex With Huge Terrace 380k
Outside space, the No 1 requirement for almost everyone looking to purchase a city apartment, balconies schmalconies, I WANT A TERRACE you say, and we hear you and your caps, but it’s not that easy, we have a lot of sunshine in Valencia and in the old days people wanted to get out of it, sitting out to bake and sunning your tender parts wasn’t a thing, so terraces are rare, drive the market prices, and move quickly.

Big Views and An Enormous Apartment. Valencia Beach 625k
This is a huge apartment with big view, right out over the Mediterranean, and on a clear day you can see from Denia to Sagunto to Ibiza, all from your living room. In fact we have already had a couple of sneaky previews of this apartment to couple of American clients, while it was still in the middle of renovation, and the response was the same – big views sure, but at last, a big ‘proper’ sized apartment. Yes, this apartment is large, enormous
even.

Great House and Guesthouse. Naquera 355k
Lots of our clients ask for a place where there is separate accommodation for all of those family and friends that will visit them. It's not usual for that separate to be actually better than the main part of the house but here we have one of these rare examples. You might prefer to live in the downstairs guesthouse which is awesome rather than the main house upstairs which is merely very good. So let's start with the guesthouse...

Look Out Not Down Apartment. Serra 125k
A common requirement for our clients is that the property be within 30 minutes of the city, and 20 minutes of the beach. Well this isn’t. Its located in Serra, 40 minutes from the city, and 25 from the beach. So in return for having to listen to one or 2 more songs on the radio on the way home, what does that get you?

Dual Investment Apartments in Moncada 329k
Very interesting investment and/or living opportunity. In the town of Moncada, which is 15 minutes outside the city and home to a large university. A house with 2 independent entrances to 2 separate living areas, one on each floor, each with 2 bedrooms and a terrace, and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
You don’t need me to explain the possibilities for rentals, both units or just one and the other to live in. Student rentals are very
lucrative here, people travel from all over Europe to attend some of the courses. One big bonus of a student rental is of course that you can use the place for yourself in the summer months – if you don’t want to short term rent it of course. Not being in the city of Valencia, this is still possible here. Moncada is a large town, connected by metro and bicycle paths to the city.

Dancing Down to the Beach. Valencia 175K
Apartments under 200k in Valencia that are worth looking at because you will be able to buy them, i.e, not council housing, not rented out long term, not occupied, not requiring a full modernisation, not on a high floor with no lift... are rare, rarer than the proverbial hen's teeth.
When that property also happens to be just 1km to the beach, right by the metro line to central Valencia, just outside of the Cabanyal and on the first floor so
the fact it hasn't got a lift isn't a dealbreaker, then it turns out we may have found at least one hen's tooth here.
