Summer 2024 and THAT Debate

Welcome to Summer in Valencia. Today is the 1st of July and... boy was it wet! I got well and truly soaked on the way to the notary this morning, something really unusual in high summer. I discovered two things; 1) My shoes weren't waterproof and 2) neither was my umbrella. By the afternoon it was sunny and warm but I was still wet!

Since the last message we sent out we have written two blogs which are important for you, the first about Summer 2024 and our plans, and yes, we will be essentially closed in August except for extreme cases

The second post was after THAT debate and is for our American subscribers. Goodbye New World and Hello New Beginnings. We talk about the debate, Project 2025, and in an addendum today the SCOTUS ruling that Presidents now get immunity from prosecution. Scary and yet another signal to get out while you can.

News From Valencia Property

Well six months into the year and our sales volume has just equalled last year! Yep we have made the same value of sales in 2024 so far as we did in 2023 a record year for us. So without a doubt 2024 will be another record year for sales on property in Valencia but the question is how many more sales will we make as the difficulty of finding a Valencia Property grows?
