April already. Q1 is done and it was a full one. We've been really busy on virtually all fronts so here's a quick catch-up on what's been happening.

The Running Costs Of Your Valencia Property

The big articles we published this month were in two parts, our guide to the running costs of a Valencia Property. It's a full update of an article we wrote back in 2019 that still gets plenty of traffic. The world has changed since then and, therefore, so has the guide.

Part one covered electricity in great detail because what has happened in Spain over the last seven years on that front is an extremely good news story (Who knew those could exist?). Part two covered everything else — IBI, gas, water, community fees, internet, insurance, security, pools and gardens with two real-world monthly cost examples at the end to bring it all together.

Q1 Sales — Book Your Visits Early

First quarter sales and visits were up again and all of our agents are extremely busy. That's the good news.

The practical implication for you is that if you are planning to come over to view properties, get your dates in early. We are booking visits further in advance than usual right now and the good properties don't sit around waiting.
