I'm away on holiday at the moment because Valencia likes to stay out of step with the rest of the country and due to Fallas it's now the Easter break here. I say here but I'm away in a place where Easter finished last week. And I say holiday even though I'm spending much of it doing website work because... issues... lots of issues.

A Quick Note On The Websites

The Valencia Property group websites are undergoing some big changes at the back end level and this has been causing problems and public facing issues. So if you see things that aren't working on the VP main site, the blog site or Stepping Stone Rentals let me know by replying to this email. There are plenty of issues to choose from this month by the way. If you buy me a coffee when you're here I'll get deep into the weeds with you if you want and try to avoid weeping.

New Podcast Episode Is Out

The April episode landed this week. We've got an interview with Teresa Villaseca, one of our clients who's setting up a business here in Valencia helping Americans file their US tax returns from Spain. If you're American this is essential listening. Did you know that the US is one of only two countries that taxes citizens on worldwide income no matter where they live. The other one is Eritrea. Great company.
