Converting a Derelict Restaurant Into Our Office, Gym and Studio
17 months. Two planning refusals. Windows ordered from Poland in April 2025 that turned up in October. Neighbours who called the police. Emergency exit signs that required their own dedicated electrical circuit. Around €70k all in. And yes — it was worth it.
