Now is the time of year when we look back over the year and look forward to next year. It's time to thank you for being with us this year and hopefully if you haven't already been over to see us over here in Valencia we will see you next year very soon for buying a Spanish Property. So Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and have a happy and prosperous New Year as e move into the next decade. I hope that things get better for everyone this year as I know lots of people have been suffering in both 2008 and 2009.
