I don't normally do this but today I couldn't resist. You are on the mailing list most probably because you are interested in Spain and more particularly Valencia but some properties have just come onto the books that are very tempting. They are in Murcia and the most important things are the discounts, the financing and the location.

Now the even better part. 100% finance is available on these properties for anyone with a decent credit history. The mortgage repayments would be 368 Euros per month with about another 100 Euros per month in community fees. Long term rental in the area is paying 300-400 Euros but short term golfer rentals pay a lot more so it will depend on how you market the property how many people you get in of course. Basically if you have good contacts in golf clubs you could fill these properties in the winter, the low season, at decent prices, and make a good amount in the summer.

 

You can buy these properties now for around 9000 UK Pounds down and the rest on mortgage and the mortgage term is 30 years. (Or if you have the money you could pay it and rent out long term getting a good 5% return or try your hand at short term rentals.)
