Last Week's Offer

I would just like to say thankyou for the overwhelming response last week to the offer on the properties at Polaris World at half price and 100% financed and thankyou for all of the people who have signed up to the newsletter in the past week. There have been 28 definite and solid enquiries for the properties in the last four days. Hopefully many of them will translate into sales.
Some people have also said that Polaris World did not really interest them too much as they wanted to be in different areas but they would like to know more about similar deals, ie either fully financed or massively reduced.
Just to let you know that next week we will have a similar offer from a place called Villamartin and we have also just picked up some amazing bargain properties in Florida which may be useful for property investors as they give a 10-15% return on investment and purchasing is at the bottom of the market.
