Last week I picked up an attic flat in Valencia that should be seriously considered by anyone wanting a large attic flat with loads of outside space, conveniently situated and excellent for renting out or living in. 

 

It is on Cardenal Benlloch in Valencia about halfway between the City Centre and Port and near to the Valencia football ground. 

 

The basics are as follows:

155m2 in total

3 bedrooms

2 Bathrooms

Two Terraces

Huge Living Room.

If it is an attic you are looking for you are unlikely to get much better and I think the price might be flexible down to around 195k. There is a 164k mortgage on the property and for the right client of course you could take that on.

 

Anyway, at the other end of the scale we have the continuing bank selloffs of their properties at hugely preferential discounts and financing terms.

 

We have two developments in Benidorm and Finestrat. One is a huge apartment building with stunning views just a couple of minutes from the beach. 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments for 135k with all costs and price financed. The only money you put down is 3000 Euros deposit and then turn up at the notary to sign. Same conditions apply for the development in Finestrat which is just two kilometres from the beach but low rise, just three floor blocks around a pool. These look a lot "nicer" (Not 30 floors high) but obviously are not just by the beach like the others, they are 2km away obviously. However they lie just 500m away from a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and are really well situated. Prices again start at 135k with the same financing terms. 

 

The first two years on both developments you will pay just 210 Euros per month on the mortgage before rising to 400 Euros after that! Mortgage terms over 40 years at Euribor plus 0.3%. Again excellent mortgage terms.
