I sometimes feel as if I am banging my head against a brick wall because of politicians in Spain. However we always, always come up with the information for you that you need to make an informed decision about purchasing property in Spain. 

There is a new law in the Valencia region (Valencia, Alicante and Castellón) that you need to be aware of if you are going to be buying property here. It may not affect you (90% of cases it won't) however you need to know.
