We had some great news last week. The figures for Valencia City property sales to foreigners arrived and Valencia Property is now the number one agency for the UK market in Valencia.

We made 15% of all of the sales to British clients in the first quarter and over 40% of all investment by British people was made by Valencia Property clients. When you add purchases from our American cousins, Belgian and Dutch clients and people as far away as India then you realise that Valencia is becoming an excellent place to invest and much more importantly to live in.
