If you were offered a Valencia Yearly Discount Card that included a 10% discount on agency fees, surveyor costs, legal services, architect's fees, building services, and other purchase costs of your property and also offered you ongoing reductions in price for a whole year at restaurants, bars, cafes, in
shops and other services in and around Valencia, what do you think it is worth to you prior to purchase, how much would you be prepared to pay for it and would you personally buy it?
(Bear in mind that on a typical 180k purchase agency fees alone would be 5400 euros, legal fees around 1500 Euros and a surveyor's report could be 1000 Euros just as examples)
