Who Bought What and Where in 2018?

That has been a pretty spectacular year in Valencia Property. Both inside and outside the city there has been in increase in sales and the increase in prices that is pronounced in Valencia, 24% increase year on year in the city, is now starting to move to the more popular suburban areas.

Holiday Timetable

And from Valencia Property once again happy holidays and seasons greetings and we look forward to seeing you in 2019. We are closed from the 28th of December until the 3rd January, so if you are planning your visit around those dates bear in mind that we can take you our from the 4th but most of the 5th and 6th of January are holidays too. Xmas day is a holiday but the 26th and 27th of December are possibles for viewing properties. Back to normal on the 7th January.
