It's been over a month since our last update and we have been massively busy here in Valencia as little by little the city and the country open up to people wanting to visit, live here and buy or rent properties. The summer has now arrived and the first phase of beach bar work happened yesterday. Life's hard at times.
In the last month we have been busy putting together some more great listings, having fun doing that as you can read later, we have written some blog posts that people have loved, our social media has been bringing you the latest from Valencia and the site and we have been out every single day with clients
(Except for a couple of Sundays)
The market continues to be hot with apartments in Valencia with terraces like Gold Dust currently and villas with pools at good prices being very popular. Already in 2021 we have sold more properties than in the whole of 2020 and we are not even half way through the year. The pipeline is very full too so make sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible.

them to complete and settle into Valencia. However, there are little things that frustrate us, maybe even irritate us and sometimes, yes… there are things that absolutely drive us up the wall. Today, we thought we would have a rant… just so you can have a laugh at our pain, our misfortune, our suffering. And yes, we know we are fortunate to be able to do what we do in such a beautiful place as Valencia and we are not really complaining…

Villa With a Recording Studio By a Golf Course Anyone?

This is definitely not your average villa.
Located in an impressive urbanisation (El Bosque) less than 30 minutes from Valencia city, even less from the airport and the beach. Golf courses nearby, the house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a community pool, padel and tennis courts.
However, none of that is why you would look for or buy this place. We haven't even got to the best bit. Because in the basement is a professional grade recording studio. And I mean professional as in professional musicians recorded their music here. This isn't just somebody's hobby room.

Beach Penthouse in Port Saplaya

I get sweaty palms just thinking about this, which is a pity, because otherwise I love it. The problem? This is a penthouse duplex right on the beach in Port Saplaya, a few kilometres north of Valencia city but it is on the ninth and tenth floor. I don't know exactly how high that is, but high enough for you to be looking down on the seagulls anyway, and high enough for me to be backing
nervously away from the railing.
2 large bedrooms on the upper floor that both open out onto the terrace, on the lower floor a large living area and a separate kitchen, with another terrace here too.
