We have been doing a lot of writing, uploading and more recently visiting and believe it or not, despite the lack of travellers coming into Valencia the Valencia Property market is buoyant!
Those who are here, both locals and foreign settlers have been searching for their ideal property and we think that we have helped a lot of those people find what they are looking for. Some highlights...
- We made our largest sale ever in the city itself and the valuation for mortgage actually came in at 25% over the agreed price giving us one very happy bunny of a client
- We have made more sales in the Cabanyal in a three month period than ever before.
- A client bought their 2nd, 3rd and 4th investment property to get above the amount needed for the Spanish Golden Visa. Two of the three properties are actually already rented out before completion meaning they have an income stream immediately
- Over 50% of sales in the last three months have been to American clients!
- We have written more about the city, life and Valencia Property than at any time during the last few years.
- We were featured on the UK TV programme "A Place in the Sun" on January 13th
- We bought "Dronie" into our family so we can film properties and areas from above. Unfortunately we had to send Dronie on a little trip to the Drone Hospital after an argument with a concrete pillar. But he gets back next week.
